Shipping & Returns

MARY’S WAY   RETURN, CANCELLATION, and REFUND POLICIES

1.  VERY IMPORTANT! WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT A “RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER”.

You must e-mail us at francis@marysway.net and give us your e-mail address, your name, address, telephone number, and any other needed identifiable information.  Also, please give us the item number, a brief description of the item(s) you would like to return, cancel, and receive a refund for, and the reason for returning the item(s).

WE WILL THEN ISSUE YOU A “RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER” BY E-MAIL.


2.  IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM:

Mary’s Way employees and manufacturers triple check each and every item you ordered before it is shipped to make sure it is exactly what you ordered.

  • If you received the wrong item do the following: Please e-mail us at francis@marysway.net and give us your name, address, phone number, order number, and the tracking number of the wrong item package.
  • If Mary’s Way has sent you an item or a color you did not order we will pay for the cost of shipping it back to us, and shipping it back to you, and immediately upon receiving the item back in perfect condition, we will ship the correct item to you at no cost to you. 
  • WE WILL THEN ISSUE YOU A “RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER” BY E-MAIL.

 

3.  IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM:

Mary’s Way employees and manufacturers triple check each and every item before it is shipped to make sure it is in perfect condition before it is shipped.

  • If you received an item that has been damaged in transit by the shipping company, please do the following: Please e-mail us at francis@marysway.net and give us your name, address, phone number, order number, and the tracking number of the damaged package. 
  • WE WILL CONTACT YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND GIVE YOU FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS TO RESOLVE THIS PROMPTLY.


4.  IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE ITEM YOU ORDERED:

You must e-mail us (heretofore “us” refers to Mary’s Way Worldwide Apostolate) at francis@marysway.net and give us your e-mail address, your name, address, telephone number, and any other needed identifiable information.  Also, please give us the item number, a brief description of the item you would like to return, and the reason for returning the item.

WE WILL THEN ISSUE YOU A “RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER” BY E-MAIL.

VERY IMPORTANT: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT A “RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER” for the item(s).   THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.  


5.  All items returned to us are subject to the following (9) nine Conditions:

 

  1. Items that are custom-made and/or have to be sent out to be finished have a Cancellation Period of three business days (72-hour).
  2. All returns must have a “RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER”.
  3. All returns must be sent back to us WITHIN 30 DAYS after the item(s) are delivered.
  4. All returns must be IN PERFECT CONDITION.
  5. All returned items WILL BE CHARGED A 30% “RESTOCKING FEE”.
  6. The person returning the item MUST PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT COSTS.
  7. Mary’s Way WILL ALSO NOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
  8. Items with a “SPECIAL ORDER/NO RETURNS/NO REFUNDS ALLOWED” POLICY, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK AND REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED THREE WEEKS AFTER YOU ORDERED THE ITEM(S).   ALSO SEE SECTION  9.6 BELOW FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THIS.  CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS, and OFFERINGS, and DONATIONS ARE ALSO "SPECIAL ORDERS" WITH NO RETURNS AND NO REFUNDS ALLOWED ARE:

 9. All Refunds will be made by “Credit Card Reversals” or by “Mary’s Way Business Check” 30 days after your Credit Card, Bank Check, or Money Order has cleared, and ONLY WHEN ALL OF THESE (9) NINE CONDITIONS ARE SATISFIED.

6.  WHAT do we ship?

Mary’s Way ships more than 2,000 religious items to almost every country in the world.


7.  WHEN do we ship?

Mary’s Way ships packages every day except Sunday. Because Mary’s Way specializes in its own, unique custom-made and hand-made religious items, Mary’s Way “Order Processing and Order Fulfillment” times vary for each item.


8.  HOW SOON do orders ship after payment is received?

Orders are fulfilled when all payments have been received and cleared. We accept all credit cards, debit cards, personal checks drawn on a United States bank, Certified Checks and Money Orders in United States Dollars (USD), drawn on a United States bank.

NOTE: If you are paying by a personal check, (allow up to 45 days for personal checks to clear before order is shipped). Personal checks, Certified Bank Checks and Money Orders must be in United States Dollars (USD), and drawn on a United States bank. We cannot accept any cash by mail as payment for any of our merchandise.


9.  HOW does Mary’s Way “Order Processing, Order Fulfillment, and Shipping Schedules” vary?

      9.1   “Order Processing and Order Fulfillment” are defined as the total time it takes Mary’s Way to complete and ship out an Order.

      9.2  Usually, there are enough items in stock to complete our orders in a short period of time. However, due to the demand for in-stock items, and the time it takes to replenish our stock, “Order Processing and Order Fulfillment” times and shipping times will vary.

      9.3  The “Order Processing, Order Fulfillment, and Shipping Schedule” for each item is stated in the “Details Section” of each item offered for sale, located at the bottom, last line of that item’s information, on that item's Shop Page.

      9.4  If more than one item is ordered, the entire order will be completed in the longest shipping time listed. For example, if you order 3 items and the Order Fulfillment Times are 1 week, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks, the entire order will be completed and shipped in 4 weeks – the longest shipping time listed.

      9.5  The items you order will be shipped by Federal Express Ground Delivery, where possible, which may take 3 to 10 working days in Transit Time to arrive to you. Of course, if you select a different method of shipment, such as Express Service, the amount of shipping time will be reduced. Express Shipping is available for an additional charge and you may choose that option upon checking out, after adding your items to your ‘shopping cart’.

      9.6  Your credit card will not be charged until the day we ship EXCEPT FOR "SPECIAL ORDERS".   WE MUST CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD IN ADVANCE FOR ALL VERY EXPENSIVE "SPECIAL ORDERS" OF $1,000. OR MORE  to provide the necessary funds to several Companies that make these very expensive, Special Order, custom-made items for our products.  And also to be assured of our customers commitment for these expensive, no cancellation, custom-made items.  ITEMS WITH A "SPECIAL ORDER/NO REFUNDS/NO RETURNS ALLOWED" POLICY, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK, AND REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED THREE WEEKS AFTER THE ITEM(S) YOU ORDERED WERE STARTED.   We will notify you by e-mail when your items are ready to ship.


10.  WHERE do we ship to?

Mary’s Way ships and delivers to all fully completed addresses and deliverable addresses. (For you to receive Mary’s Way items, you must include all pertinent information, in full, including all street addresses, apartment numbers, phone numbers, zip codes, postal codes, state, province, and country.)

Mary’s Way delivers to almost every country in the world that Federal Express will deliver to with the following exclusions: Mary’s Way cannot ship to China, Hong Kong, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, and any country Mary’s Way and the United States Government does not allow shipments to.


11.  HOW do we ship?

All items are shipped by Federal Express Ground Delivery in North America, and Air and Ground in all other countries – unless you choose Express Service with an additional charge.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITH “ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED”.   AN ADULT MUST RECEIVE AND SIGN FOR THIS VALUABLE SHIPMENT.

If you or another person are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, Federal Express will notify you and will make two additional delivery attempts at a time convenient to you.  After three attempts to deliver and/or three attempts to notify the recipient, the shipment will be considered “undeliverable” and will be returned to Mary’s Way.

If the package is returned to Mary’s Way due to its being “undeliverable” because no one was available to sign for it after repeated attempts to deliver your package or because of an incomplete address or wrong address or for any other reason, THE PURCHASER WILL THEN BE CHARGED FOR BOTH THE DELIVERY TO AND ALSO FOR THE DELIVERY FROM THAT "UNDELIVERABLE LOCATION".   THE PURCHASER WILL ALSO BE CHARGED OUR STANDARD 30% RESTOCKING FEE OF ALL THE RETURNED ITEMS PURCHASE PRICE. 


12.  WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES for all Methods of Shipment to all countries?

Mary’s Way interfaces with Federal Express Shipping Rates Modules to determine shipping charges. Federal Express shipping charges are calculated in Mary’s Way checkout Charges in the Checkout Section.


13.  HOW TO TRACK AN ORDER that has been shipped?

When your package is ready to ship, Mary’s Way will send you an e-mail advising you that your items are shipped and give you your Federal Express shipment Tracking Number so you can track the status of your package while it is in transit.

When you receive our e-mail with your package’s tracking number, you can track the status of your shipment two ways: 1) by telephone by calling 1.800.GoFedEx or 1-800463-3339 and say “track a package” to telephone operator; or 2) you can track your shipment on your computer by going to fedex.com and using the Tracking Number on your package we will e-mail to you when your package has been shipped.
